Looking at opportunities and demand for mass Residential Projects in Nashik, R. C. Bafna Jewellers from Jalgaon and Mr. Abhay Tated of Anmol Constructions, jointly founded Bafna Builders & Land Developers in the year 2005. This benchmarks second phase of Anmol Construction founded in 1994 which laid its sound footing in the Real Estate domain of Nasik.
Braced with strong experience of Mumbai, Abhay Tated came to Nashik in the mid 90s and made his presence felt with some outstanding projects like Anmol Ratnadeep in Goind Nagar. The quality & Amenities provided in every building spoke for themselves and people happily accepted when provided at reasonable rates. Most of the times, flats got booked much before their completion.
Identifying the caliber and vision of Abhay Tated visible from series of projects he had delivered between 1995 & 2005, R.C. Bafna of M/s Ratanlal C Bafna Jewellers of Jalgaon joined him to make a lasting impression on the construction scenario of Nashik. Their first project Nayantara Hills at Mico Circle became a cynosure of all eyes and everyone who visited it wanted to make it their abode for lifetime. Given such qualities the building received Best Building of the year Award from the Builders Association of India, Nashik. The Nayantara Estate, Empire, Gold, City one, & City two are the other such big projects changing the definition of lifestyles of Nashikities. Raising the bar is special feature of our organization. We have been first to build tallest buildings whenever height rules have changed for city. Also we have been first to offer one of our largest project in terms of quality handover i.e. “Anmol Nayantara Gold”.
Inspired by a vision of 'Building Happy Communities', all our projects come with a professionally designed landscape garden. The uniqueness can be experienced in the way the natural ambience of the project is achieved. The landscape starts right from entrance of the project, and continues with play area for children and relaxing area for Senior Citizen equipped with thick green party lawn and an atrium.
